QUT Health Clinics will conduct free health checks for children at QUT's Caboolture campus on July 3 during the school holidays.

The day will include foot checks, vision screening, dietary and lunchbox advice, education and development assessments, and fun hands-on activities for kids.

Supervised students from QUT's Faculty of Health will be conducting the checks.

This free comprehensive screening event is open to the public and will run from 9.30am to 3.30pm at the Caboolture campus in Tallon Street. Bookings are essential - please call 07 3138 7568.

The QUT Health Clinics are based at the university's Kelvin Grove campus and aim to provide quality clinical education for the next generation of health care professionals and quality patient care to the community.

The general community, QUT staff and students can access free or low-cost health care services from these clinics in the following specialist areas:

- Interdisciplinary Family Based Therapy
- Nutrition & Dietetics
